PASA puts a team of instructors and people with knowledge to put on seminars in all areas of the surfing world, including instructors for surf school, how to run a surf school, how to run a competition with all that it entails, how to judge, how to compete, how to approach potential sponsors, how to talk to the media, the administration part of it, how to set up a club, how to set up an association, how to approach their National Olympic Committees, all about anti doping, and how to take care of the environment.
